OFFICIAL NOTICE REGARDING VERTU HOTELS AND RESORTS

VERTU Hotels and Resorts, part of the VERTU Hospitality Group, wishes to provide the following clarification to its clients, hotel owners, investors, development partners, hospitality professionals, media representatives and other stakeholders.

VERTU Hotels and Resorts is an independent Swiss-based luxury hospitality company and brand, founded by Gérald Lampaert and developed internationally since 2018 as part of the wider VERTU Hospitality Group.

Over the years, VERTU has established its identity and activities in the fields of luxury boutique hotels, resorts, residences, hospitality services and related hotel and residential concepts across international markets.

We have recently become aware of another hospitality organisation operating under names including “VERTU Resorts & Hotels”, “VERTU Hotels” and “Vertu Hotels & Resorts”, with activities based in Egypt and communications referring to future expansion across the Middle East and Europe.

VERTU Hotels and Resorts wishes to make it unequivocally clear that it has no affiliation, ownership, partnership, management agreement, licensing arrangement, commercial relationship or other connection whatsoever with this organisation.

Any hotel, resort, residence, development, management service, investment opportunity, representation, communication or other business activity conducted by that separate entity is undertaken independently and is not connected with, endorsed by, authorised by or operated by VERTU Hotels and Resorts or the VERTU Hospitality Group.

Accordingly, VERTU Hotels and Resorts and the VERTU Hospitality Group accept no responsibility or liability for any representations, commitments, services, transactions, properties, developments or other activities undertaken by any unaffiliated entity operating under a similar name.

We encourage our clients, owners, investors, partners, suppliers, media and other stakeholders to verify the identity and corporate details of any organisation presenting itself as VERTU Hotels and Resorts or claiming an affiliation with the VERTU Hospitality Group.

For the avoidance of doubt, our official corporate information, hospitality portfolio and communications are published through our established VERTU channels and corporate entities.

VERTU Hotels and Resorts remains fully committed to transparency, integrity, discretion, excellence and the highest standards of professional conduct in international hospitality.

This notice is issued solely for the purpose of preventing potential confusion and protecting the interests of our clients, partners and stakeholders.
