Planning on the ground, before and during your stay. For example:
Transfers and local transport (private driver, taxi, train options, routes and timings)
Restaurant suggestions and practical guidance for booking
Activities and experiences (culture, nature, wellness, day trips)
Local partners we trust, often with negotiated rates we can share
Special requests at the hotel (room preferences, arrival details, amenities)

VERTU Hotels keeps the collection small for a reason. We care about comfort, guest experience, and a sense of place.
The Vertu Circle follows the same logic. It is not a loyalty program built around points or chasing upgrades and discounted nights (we have already negociated exclusive rates for all VERTU guests anyway!). It is a practical way to get what most travelers actually want: guidance from a human, personal suggestions, and a calmer trip.
